Use and compliance policy

Legitimate redemption codes only

This store is only for digital goods with a lawful source, clear ownership, and permission for resale.

Payment and delivery

USDT blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Buyers must verify the network, receiving address, quantity, and total, then submit the transaction hash. All reserved codes are delivered only after on-chain payment confirmation.

Inventory is reserved for 60 minutes after an order is created. Orders without an on-time payment and submitted transaction hash expire and release all inventory. A short confirmation grace period applies when a hash was submitted on time. Expired, incorrect-network, or incorrect-amount payments require manual review and may not be recoverable.

Support and refunds

Digital codes can be copied once displayed, so unconditional returns are unavailable. If a code is not delivered, is invalid at delivery, or differs from its description, contact support promptly with the order number and transaction hash. After verification, the seller may resend, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Payments sent through the wrong network, to the wrong address, for the wrong amount, or through Binance UID/Pay can only be reviewed manually. Network fees and unrecoverable funds are not guaranteed compensation, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Order access and privacy

Codes are delivered only on the order page. New orders do not collect a delivery email address.

This browser stores up to 20 random order-access tokens. These tokens provide access to delivered codes and should not be shared.

Transaction hashes and order audit records may be retained for payment reconciliation and dispute handling.

Seller responsibilities

The seller should retain purchasing, authorization, and resale-permission records and maintain clear refund, support, privacy, and dispute procedures. Automated blocking reduces risk but does not replace human review or legal advice.

The store does not serve sanctioned parties, restricted regions, or prohibited transactions and may review unusual orders. Hosting in the United States does not by itself determine business, tax, or consumer-protection obligations; the operator should obtain advice for the relevant jurisdictions.

Contact and disputes

Support email: [email protected]. Include the order number, transaction hash, and a description of the issue. Do not send unrelated personal information.
